Recovery and healing
As athletes, we have spent years focusing on improving physical fitness. But we felt like we were missing a big piece of what makes up ‘wellness’. Recovery and healing are vital to longevity and we plan to stay active through all stages of life. We created this space to enhance overall wellness by bridging the gap between physical fitness to mindfulness. With a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Buti, and meditation, our studio is a place for people of all abilities to come together and improve their mind body connection, increase recovery and reduce stress. Anchor Studio also features a treatment room offering reiki and massage.
