Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
Scale numbers as needed. Rounds should range anywhere between 3-7 minutes. This Can Be Done With A Partner By Splitting The Work Each Round. Score the round times, without including the rest time.
